The Sahara Global Talent Programme is intended for young people who possess remarkable talent and a global perspective. Successful candidates will gain a comprehensive grasp of Sahara’s global trade operations as well as the chance to hone the technical and fundamental skills necessary to contribute significantly to the company’s future success.
 
Through in-depth instruction, local and foreign work rotations, and mentorship, the programme will introduce young, dynamic people to midstream oil and gas operations. It is a means of identifying and nurturing the next wave of leaders who will transform Sahara’s business operations and future environment.


ACADEMIC QUALITIES & EXPERIENCE

By December 2023, candidates must not be older than twenty-six (26) years old.

Possess no more than two years of professional experience.

Possess a university degree, ideally in subjects linked to science, computer science, engineering, accounting, law, or economics.

Having a master’s degree will be beneficial.
