The Nigerian Breweries Graduate Management Development Scheme is a crucial component of the company’s talent pipeline expansion strategy, which aims to “Brew the Joy of True Togetherness.” It is aimed at creative, aspirational, and varied Nigerian graduates who want to work for Nigeria’s top brewing company and have an exciting and prosperous career. Supply Chain: Graduate Management Development Scheme 2023
This is aimed at competent Nigerian graduates in science-related fields who are keen to establish a successful career in a manufacturing setting that is supportive and has state-of-the-art systems and procedures.

Following a fiercely competitive selection procedure, the chosen candidates will go through:

12-month training programme that is entirely residential
Formal education and hands-on bonding.

Upon completion of the programme, candidates will be placed at one of our nationwide brewery facilities as a shift manager for brewing, packaging, logistics, or automation engineering, depending on the applicable fields.

Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in any science or engineering field, with a minimum grade of Second Class (Upper Division). Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical/Agric Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Physics Electronics, Computer Engineering, Organic Chemistry/Pure & Applied Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry, Food Science & Technology are just a few of the degrees offered in this field.
An extra benefit is a master’s degree in a relevant field.


Standard Requirements For All Positions:
A minimum of five (5) credit grades in WASC, GCE, or SSCE, with at least three (3) related subjects and maths
NYSC completion, no sooner than January 2019
two years at most of work experience
Digital dexterity
Movement of territory both inside and outside of Nigeria.
