Ace Tech program By MTN UGANDA

The MTN Innovation Initiative, also known as the Ace Tech program, is carried out by the MTN Foundation in collaboration with Centenary Technology Services, the National ICT Innovation Hub, and MTN. (Ace Tech program By MTN UGANDA)
Refactory, which focuses on developing work-ready people for software engineering and related fields, is the organization in charge of delivering the program. The program provides training for both beginning and seasoned digital innovators who want to improve their coding and entrepreneurial skills. The hub provides a setting for ICT innovators who are struggling to find a workplace, have poor internet access, or are looking for creative environments that inspire thought. The MTN Foundation provides the necessary equipment and organizes initial training, coaching, and mentorship.
The initiative focuses on Ugandans who have creative ideas for resolving issues in all sectors, with a focus on key national development priorities identified in Uganda’s Vision 2040, such as agriculture, tourism, trade, energy, health, education, refugee/host communities, and justice, law, and order.
The partnership’s main priorities are capacity building, incubation of innovations, and business development and consultancy services.
ELIGIBILITY
The candidate must be a digital innovator seeking to advance their entrepreneurship and programming skills. He or she should have created or attempted to create a digital product and be seeking to upskill. He or she should also have been a member of a team that created or attempted to create a digital product and seeks to upskill.
Should be at least 18 years old.
· Must be able to commit to a minimum 80% attendance rate for the program.
· Need must have a laptop and internet access
