ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a self-starting Senior Product Designer to create a great experience for our web-based products. These include our industry-leading assessments platform, an EdTech platform for data skills training, and a marketplace for data talent recruitment. We need someone who brings impeccable design taste, meticulous attention-to-detail, and a passion for creating equal access for the data-driven jobs of tomorrow.
This person thrives in fast-paced environments, works well with design, product, and engineering partners and is excited to work on key initiatives with other designers to create high-impact work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers, to synthesize product and business goals into user-centric solutions across multiple products and experiences.
Create the following for effective communication of the user experience: journey maps, storyboards, wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups, prototypes, and/or high fidelity interfaces.
Work with other product designers to develop and maintain a comprehensive product design guideline, define design patterns for both B2B and B2C products.
Understand the problem, integrate user feedback, research findings and business requirements into iterative product experience updates.
Build consensus across diverse teams through effective communication.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
3+ years of experience shipping high-quality user experience.
Demonstrated experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design
Experience working with cross functional teams
Strong written and visual communication skills and attention to detail. We believe written and visual communication is key to a high-performing environment.
Data-driven and results-oriented.

Comfortable and excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Understand web and mobile technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions
Design thinking facilitation experience
